Yes, toptional. As in, you have the choice to NOT wear a top if you don’t want to. I will FINALLY be going to one of those pools clubs on the strip. Bare at the Mirage Hotel specifically. I’m kind of excited. Not because of the possibility of seeing boobs (I could care less) but because IF i wanted to, I can walk around with no top on. Be free as a bird. Haha
